What type of person makes the best Enviro-Tech Pest Services franchisee?

Most franchisees will begin as a one-man company. Owners will be responsible for sales, product application, sales and administrative functions. How large is a protected territory?
You will have exclusive rights to a geographic area that includes at least 150,000 residents. No one else will be allowed to use the Enviro-Tech Pest Services business within your area. You may establish a larger territory at the time of signing your franchise agreement or at a later date (if available).

How long will it take to get started?
You are in control of most of the variables in getting your franchise open. We try to schedule your training as soon as you are available. This helps most units open in 30-60 days from the signing of their agreement.

How much does an Enviro-Tech Pest Services franchise cost to open?
We charge an initial franchise fee of $24,500 (the first five will pay only $19,500). As operating expenses, $13,000 - $25,000 should be available in accessible funds to cover the start-up and growth phase. Is financing available?
Enviro-Tech Pest Services does not offer financing. What are the ongoing costs of a franchise?
Like all franchises, there is a monthly royalty fee that contributes to the successful management of the franchise organization. We charge a declining royalty that rewards your success. You will pay 7% of the first $200,000 total gross receipts of your business annually; 6% of the next $200,000; and 5% of all annual sales in excess of $400,000.

How much can I earn?
Our Enviro-Tech Pest Services operation covering parts of Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania averages almost $100 per service call. In addition, our Gross Profit exceeds 55% of sales.
